Dear my beloved students,

Welcome to  Dynamics of Leadership UPPF 6033.

This course is intended to encourage  you to discover and develop your personal leadership qualities. You will be exposed to leadership theories so that you could develop an insight that leadership itself is a dynamic relationship based on mutual influence and common purpose between leaders and followers. You will be evaluated based on  four assessments given.
